One of Hollywood’s most iconic and celebrated action heroes, Sylvester Stallone made his scripted television debut with the mob crime drama series Tulsa King. The series revolves around Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a mafia boss from New York who recently served a 25-year prison term. Tulsa King debuted its first season on Paramount+ back in November 2022 and proved to be a massive success for the streaming service. So much so that it was renewed for a second season which is set to stream in September. To fill in the gap of content left by last summer’s dual strikes as well as to get audiences ready for the new season, CBS is currently airing each episode of Season 1 on Sunday nights as of July 14.
